Program: KCMO Minor Home Repair
Income Eligibility Requirements: Homeowner income up to 80% of Area Median
Service Areas: Westside, Midtown, Beacon Hill, Longfellow, Hyde Park, Squire Park and Northeast service
Value of Home Repair Grants: $3,000-$7,500
Program: Rehabilitation Assistance for Midtown Properties (RAMP)
Eligibility for Matching Funds:
- Homeowners making up to 100% of Area Median Income and below do not bear any of the cost of repairs;
- homeowners making between 101-125% of Area Median Income share the cost of repairs at a rate of 1 to 1;
- and homeowners making more than 125% of Area Median Income share the cost of repairs at a rate of 2 to 1.
- There is no Area Median Income eligibility requirement for multi-family properties.
Service Area: Beacon Hill, Longfellow, Squire Park, Manheim Park and the Midtown
Value of Home Repair Projects: $15,000 owner-occupied; $7,500 per unit for multifamily properties up to 12 units
Converts to grant at 20%/year over 5 years
